Recipe Review: Baked Chicken Nuggets

I recently invited my niece and nephews to have a slumber party at my house.

My beautiful niece and nephews

I wanted to take them out for one of their favorite foods - chicken nuggets - but decided to make my own at home instead.  I searched one of my favorite blogs (www.skinnytaste.com) for a recipe and found a great one.  No spongy, fake chicken here at my house!

They came out really good...crispy yet tender and juicy.  The kids loved them and that's all that matters :)  I also made my own honey mustard sauce for dipping.

My honey mustard dipping sauce (before being mixed together)

For the dipping sauce, I just mixed together a couple of tablespoons of dijon mustard, one tablespoon of light mayonnaise and a little agave nectar to sweeten it.  Dip to your heart's content! Pin It
